Buying a Property
The pre-exchange and settlement are equally the most important steps of buying a property. Prior exchanging contracts, we will review each sales contract and inform you of any legal concerns in the properties you are interested in purchasing. Buyers beware means that you may still be financial liable to the seller if an issue comes to your attention after the exchange of contract. Once you make the decision to purchase a property and contracts have been exchanged. We will carry out all searches to make sure you get perfect title at settlement. We’ll then celebrate with you once the settlement is complete and help organise the keys for pick up.
Selling a Property
You’ve made the decision to sell your property and for an affordable price we will prepare the contract of sale. We will work with you to draft any special conditions, to ensure the property is sold as you intend. Once the sales contract has been finalised, we will provide legal advice and then send a copy of the sales contract to your sales agent so prospective buyers can be found quickly.

We will review settlement calculations and respond to any requisitions made by the purchasers’ representatives prior to settlement. During the settlement we will let you know when the payment have been made and any mortgage has been discharged. We will then celebrate with you when the property settlement has been completed.
